Warranty

Werenbach offers a three-year warranty on mechanical movements from Soprod and Sellita as well as on the watch casing and glass. Watch owners who have a service carried out by the end of the third year are entitled to have their warranty extended to a total of five years. Half a decade of protection; a lifetime of pleasure.

Sapphire glass is scratch-resistant and virtually indestructible. However, extreme impact can damage the glass. Damage resulting from such impact is excluded from the warranty.

Textile and leather straps are excluded from the warranty. Their lifespan depends heavily on the wearer. It is significantly reduced by exposure to water and sweat.

Steel bracelets have replaceable metal links with fine mechanical threads. If you tighten the screws too much, you will destroy them. This damage is excluded from the warranty.

• Also excluded from the guarantee are:
  Defects or damage caused by improper use or negligence (knocks, dints, scuffs, broken glass, etc.)
• Defects or damage caused by unwarranted repairs or modifications
• Visual changes occurring over the course of normal wear and ageing (e.g. small scratches on the case and/or glass, colour changes on the strap or detachment of the coating)

If original parts are no longer available, the case, dial, hands, watch glass or other parts of the watch can be replaced with substitute products.

Werenbach grants a guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase on watches with STP or quartz movements.
