Shipping & Taxes

If watches are sent across Swiss borders, local taxes are due on receipt.

When your watch is ready to be shipped, you will receive an automatic email from our system with the subject: “Order completed”. You can be pleased, because now it will only take a few days until it arrives.

International shipments:
As soon as the watch is handed over to the shipping partner, you will receive an email from him with the tracking number of your shipment.

This mail is important for you. Now you can check where your shipment is. In addition, you can control the receipt of your watch (place – or time of delivery) thanks to various links.

International shipments cross national borders. As each country has different taxes (even within the EU there are differences), the watches are shipped without VAT. This means that taxes must be paid to our logistics partner before receipt. The amount is determined by the local authorities. Our logistics partner takes care of the processing, he charges a service fee for this.

National shipments (within Switzerland)
The shipment will be sent to you by Swiss post. Werenbach takes care of the value added tax. There are no additional costs.

Shipping costs:
For orders of 150 CHF or more, Werenbach offers free shipping to any destination worldwide. For orders of less than CHF 150, we pass on a portion of the shipping and packaging fees to the customer (in the invoice).

Delays & delivery issues
There are often random checks at customs, which can lead to long waiting times. We have no influence on this. Normally, a shipment is delivered within a few days. However, in the case of random checks, the delay can last up to four (!) weeks.

If the delivery does not take place within the promised period, you will find the information on the UPS website. Enter your tracking number in the field provided.
Please always contact UPS first if you have a delivery issue. We can only help if a shipment is lost or if additional documentation is required by customs.

If the shipment cannot be delivered to you within the period set by UPS, or if it is not collected by you, the shipment will be returned to us at our expense. These costs will be passed on to you.

Refusal of acceptance
If you refuse to accept the shipment, it will be returned to us. The resulting costs will be deducted from the purchase price in the event of a refund.
