- Careful packaging (no loose parts in the box, sufficient filling material to secure against shocks).
- Werenbach documents (in case of warranty)
- Description of the problem
- Contact information (name, address, phone number & email)
In the event of a chargeable repair or service, we always provide a cost estimate. The repair will be carried out after receipt of payment.
