Important:
Please pay attention to the following when sending in:

  • Careful packaging (no loose parts in the box, sufficient filling material to secure against shocks).
  • Werenbach documents (in case of warranty)
  • Description of the problem
  • Contact information (name, address, phone number & email)

In the event of a chargeable repair or service, we always provide a cost estimate. The repair will be carried out after receipt of payment.

Repairs carried out by our service partners are subject to their general terms and conditions.
