Service & Repairs
Werenbach watches are fine mechanical wristwatches. Like all other watches of this kind, they require regular maintenance. We recommend you have your watch inspected and serviced by a specialist every three to four years. This will contribute hugely to the longevity of your watch, particularly to its accuracy and water-tightness.
A routine service includes the following: opening of the watch case and inspection of all parts; cleaning and, where necessary, oiling and adjusting. If so required, a comprehensive service may be carried out in which all seals are replaced and the appearance of the watch is refreshed. If repairs are needed, any damaged glass, buttons or movements will be repaired or replaced.
If a full service or repair is required, you will of course be informed in advance and provided with a quote,
Please contact our customer service via email or telephone before sending us the watch.
